Making a Booking

Before booking, please read our Terms and Conditions, the Hirers’ Liability and our Privacy Policy.  If you make a booking we will consider that you have read and accepted out Terms and Conditions and the Hirers’ Liability.

  1. Read our Terms and Conditions.
  2. Read the Hirers’ Liability
  3. Read our Privacy Policy.
  4. Click on Tariff to see the rates for the different rooms/venue hire.
  5. Check the Diary to see if the Hall is available. Please be aware there may be bookings that have not yet been added to the calendar.
  6. Please book online, but if you are unable to do this, please email or phone us.
  7. To book online, click the cross (+) symbol on your chosen date. You will be taken to a new window, “Make Booking Request – Wood Norton Village Hall”.  If you are a new user, you will be asked to register; please complete the details as required.  If you are an existing user, please login.
  8. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the “Make Booking Request – Wood Norton Village Hall Details” page where you can select the rooms required, and complete the information required (e.g. event name, number of people attending, additional notes).  Press “Save” to process the booking request.
  9. You will receive an email acknowledgement of your requested booking, followed by an email confirming your booking once it has been approved.
  10. A deposit of 50% of the fee or £50 (whichever is the lower) is payable when making a booking.  Please see the “Deposits for Bookings” section in the Terms and Conditions for full details.
  11. On receipt of payment, you will be issued with full instructions and directions on where to collect the keys.
